Kristen is a great instructor. I appreciated her knowledge, experience, and sense of humour, which made learning enjoyable. The in-person instruction and all guidance were invaluable. The textbooks, workbook, and materials covered were very informative. I also liked the small class size of 12 people. It was a great experience.

Great Yoga Teacher Training course. Authentic to the roots of yoga practice. I would recommend taking the 500 hour course just to fully absorb and embrace the fullness of yoga. 200 hours went by quickly. I will be registering for more hours in the future. My yoga teacher training experience at Higher Love Yoga Academy and my instructor Kristen Kulak was exceptional. I learned so much, not only about yoga, but about myself. Kristen is a great teacher - she is able to explain concepts so they are easily understandable, while infusing things with her own sense of humour and joy. She was always ready and willing to provide support whenever we needed it; her encouragement and faith in use throughout our training was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Higher Love Yoga Academy and Kristen Kulak to anyone looking to do their yoga teacher training.

Well sequenced and thoroughly presented content; all done in an engaging manner within a positive, supportive, safe and encouraging environment. I found it easy to insert the course times into my schedule without feeling overwhelmed or completely exhausted. The teachings are at a pace that is challenging but doable. Value is immeasurable; you receive so much more than "what you pay for" from HLYA. The connections made with other students and instructors are priceless. Time seemed to go much to fast!

I loved this training ! Not only did the instructors create a safe, welcoming course.. They also pivoted online seamlessly during the CV-19 pandemic and were knowledgable and non judgemental. I would recommend this course to anyone to deepen their practice, skills and awareness of the body. To be honest I'm a bit sad the training is over !!
